My name is Joseph Karanja Kaiba, I am an Industrial Chemist who has an interest in natural food resources . In this blog, I have decided to shed light on the health benefits of the various natural foods that we eat. 

According to research, naturally growing food has quit a lot of potential in terms of health benefits.

My intentions are to enlighten you on the importance of natural foods and their health quality endowment. Still majority of people have not yet embraced organic or natural food as it ought to be. Therefore, people should be adequately informed and educated on how to plant these natural foods, their importance, and how to use them generally.
