The monounsaturated fats in avocado are vital in maintaining good moisture levels. This prevents the skin from drying and cracking. Omega-9 fats can additionally assist reduce skin irritation and redness.

Diabetic diet should have avocados in it. They are beneficial in reducing the high levels of triglyceride and also may help improve blood glucose levels and improve how insulin functions.
